A retrospective look at the Ruwitch Residence
[Harmonize] two existing layers into one spacious ‘mountain modern’ lair, strategically detailed by regional influences and historical hues of Telluride, Colorado.
• Inspired by the locational depth of character.
• Underpinned by influences of an old mining town.
• Splayed out over decompartmentalized dual structures.
We’ve harmonized the former framework between two individual condominium units on separate floors into a coupled structure of steel and revitalized spaces. Also unified are the kitchen, dining, and living areas complimented by views into the adjacent master suite. An operable wall partition offers the option of complete privacy for the master bedroom or open views of the main space.
