Presenting an alignment with the philosophy of Frank Lloyd Wright and his description of the 'joining of exterior environment to interior life.'

[Parlay] six decades worth of tropical modern design strategies into this forward-thinking residence. Note how the vertical ‘fins’ act as sun-shading and privacy elements in the structural shell of the second floor, while uncommonly long spans and cantilevered decks deliver an impressive visual impact intended to compliment nature’s visual offerings.

• Fused between 1950’s uniqueness and forward-thinking strategy.
• Evolved through iterations of creativity driven by opportunities for practicality.
• Demonstrated by conscious consideration of the stately structure and visual impact.

The River’s Reach Residence is our evolution of an unbuilt design of the Mola residence.

[Parlay] nature’s cooling tropical breezes into expertly positioned outdoor living spaces that capitalize on prime waterway views of The New River.

We seized the opportunity to merge the ongoing relevance of concrete slab design with advances in building technology to round out and complete this rendition.
