A retrospective look at the Miami Beach Residence

[Underscore] tropical modernist ambiance while kneading in sophistication, elegance, and a sense of timelessness.
Here the Art of Architecture is:
• Highlighted by natural materials.
• Supported by the staples for which we’ve become known.
• Exemplified by conscious consideration of flow and geometry.
We’ve underscored this ensemble using one of our signatures—a refined application of natural materials. The use of locally-sourced coral stone combined with hardwood accents introduces sophistication with a sense of belonging. Also exhibited is a carefully considered assemblage of interlocking horizontal and vertical forms organized around a small central courtyard.

The larger homes desired by today’s homeowners and developers simply cannot be accommodated within existing building height limits. We raised the lowest floor level considerably above the existing grade. The panoramic views of the waterfront strongly influenced the organization of spaces in the home. ~Strang Team
