A retrospective look at the Fairchild Grove
[Multiply] beauty x form x function into 26 units, five levels high, as part of a six city block redesign in the heart of fast-tracking Coconut Grove, Florida.
• Layered with five floors of new concepts for boutique living.
• Connected to the outdoors through strategically placed shared spaces.
• Warmed by a materials palette that compliments the surrounding lush landscape.
We’ve multiplied our best residential concepts into a multi-family offering that perches uniquely amongst the ubiquitous white condo towers populating Miami’s skyline.
Many individual units offer panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the surrounding tree canopy. Oolite and Keystone are the cornerstones used to ground the building to its location. Linear balconies incorporate sun-shading and privacy features that also give The Fairchild Grove a striking architectural identity.
