- Great care was taken to incorporate the existing oak trees within the overall design of the site.

The Pulido Residence is set within a deep lot not far from downtown Miami. Several impressive oak trees dominate the site and provide a sense of timelessness to the new home. The decorative architectural grille acts as a foreshadowing to the interior’s stylistic blending of mid-century motifs. A detached pool cabana creates a stunning destination and experience unto itself.

The Pulido Residence rests comfortably within an oversized Miami lot within a grove of mature oak trees. Clean, modern lines are accented by a variety of patterns, textures and unexpected flashes of color to provide an elevated sense of glamour and style.
