These extended planes blur the boundary between interior and exterior, allowing daily life to unfold in constant dialogue with sea, sky, and prevailing breezes.

Perforated sun-shading elements temper the intense coastal climate while giving the residence a strong and recognizable identity—simultaneously performative and expressive. Lush, immersive gardens by Raymond Jungles anchor the architecture to the site, softening the structure and framing views outward to the Atlantic.
